MEETING SET FOR MAY 6 Th Pennsylvania Fair
Harness Horsemen's Association announces that it will hold a General Membership Meeting on Sunday, May 6 at 2PM in the Fair Office of the Indiana County Fairgrounds in Indiana, PA.
Please bring a covered dish to share.
RACE BIKE INSURANCE AVAILABLE THROUGH PHHA The Pennsylvania Fair Harness Horsemen's Association (PAFHHA) announces
that race bike insurance will be provided at the fairs to all members of
the organization that are also members of the Pennsylvania Harness
Horsemen's Association (PHHA).
The fair horsemen would like to thank the PHHA for their support of fair
racing through this program, and encourage all horsemen to join both
organizations if you are considering sending a horse to the fair circuit
this season.
Fair horsemen are also reminded of a General Membership Meeting on
Sunday, May 6 at 2PM at the Indiana County Fairgrounds in Indiana, PA.
The meeting will take place in the Fair Office.

PA FAIR HORSEMEN ELECT OFFICERS
The Pennsylvania Fair Harness Horsemen's Association announces that Jeff
Zidek has been elected president of the group, effective immediately.
He
replaces Trish Adams, who served as acting president in 2011 following
the passing of longtime president Terry Schoeffel.
Adams was
re-elected to her former position as vice president. Sue Brickell was re-elected Secretary, and Judy McMullen was re-elected Treasurer.
Zidek
raced on the circuit in the 1990s before joining the Pennsylvania
Harness Racing Commission as PR representative for fair racing. He
served in that capacity from 1998 to 2011.
